The remaining balance of $225.00 is due by March 1, 2027. The invoice will be sent.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made in writing before January 31, 2027 will receive a full refund. Cancellations between February 1 and March 15, 2027 will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. After March 15, 2027, registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest or applied as credit toward a future Mahj & Mingle Event if your spot can be filled.

Preordered merchandise can be canceled up to January 31, 2027; after that, it will be available for pickup at the event or shipped at the attendee's expense.
