*Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is structured to be fair while accounting for the planning and upfront costs of the retreat.
- Cancellations on or before November 1, 2026
Full refund of registration fees. - Cancellations between November 2, 2026 and February 1, 2027
Partial refund issued, less a $100 non-refundable fee. - Cancellations after February 1, 2027
No refunds will be issued. However, you may:- Transfer your registration to another guest, or
- Receive a credit toward a future Mahj & Mingle Events event
Additional Notes
- All cancellations and transfer requests must be submitted in writing.
- Preordered merchandise can be cancelled up to December 31, 2026; after that, it will be available for pickup at the event or can be arranged for shipping at the attendee’s expense.
